The overall objective of this action is to contribute to the realization of durable solutions for displaced and vulnerable families residing in collective centres.

PROJECT PURPOSES:
The specific objective of the action is to ensure that Displaced and vulnerable families have achieved durable solutions following their exit from collective centres in the municipalities of Gracanica, Leposavic and Zvecan
ACTIVITIES:
A 1.1.1 – Updated beneficiary assessment in collective centres A 1.1.2 – Beneficiary selection commission set-up and finalization of beneficiary selection criteria A 1.1.3 – Information dissemination on application and verification process A 1.1.4 – Final selection of beneficiaries by selection committee, publication of beneficiary selection, complaint period A 1.1.5 – Tendering of building design in Gracanica (Bergen collective centre) A 1.1.6 - Tendering of building design and supervision for Leposavic and Zvecan A 1.1.7 –Tendering of works for Gracanica site A 1.1.8 – Tendering of works for Leposavic and Zvecan sites A 1.1.9 – Execution of works in Gracanica A 1.1.10 – Payment of rent support for 24 families during renovation in Gracanica A 1.1.11 – Execution of works in Leposavic and Zvecan A 1.1.12 – Beneficiaries’ exit from Collective Centres (CCs) A 1.1.13 – Monitoring and follow up of beneficiaries from Collective Centres A 2.1. – Provision of harmonized assistance packages A 2.2. – Assessment of displaced families for livelihood support A 2.3. – Provision of income generation support and/or skills upgrading activities to selected beneficiaries A 3.1. – Preparatory beneficiary meetings and information dissemination A 3.2. – Selection and tendering of community development projects endorsed by Local Selection Committees A 3.3. – Referral of beneficiaries to appropriate institutions and facilitation of access to documents A 3.4. – Initiatives for improvement of services for vulnerable individuals proposed and implemented
RESULTS:
Output/Result 1 – Housing solutions have been found for displaced and vulnerable families facilitating their exit from collective centres. Output/Result 2 – The ability of displaced families to access livelihood opportunities has been improved Output/Result 3 – The Municipality of Gracanica, Leposavic and Zvecan have increased capacity to support the sustainable integration of displaced and vulnerable families in the local community.
