SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

The specific objectives of the Action are to: • Increase and improve service provision capacities, service quality and safety, economic impact, and competitiveness of Lynx FreeRide in line with the EU standards; • Increase exports and facilitate job creation; • Support innovation, diversification and development of business activities;

RESULTS:

The expected results are: • Purchased a Snow-Cat to increase capacities of our operations and facilitate increased demand of foreign tourists. • Purchased avalanche equipment, first aid, rescue and communication gear to increase our operation quality and safety. • Conducted specialised training related to the above-mentioned investments and/or Company’s investment with the aim of enhancing staff competencies and business efficiency, e.g. training on using new equipment; • Employed at least 6 more staff to support the delivery of our services. • Implemented a training and education program based on the highest International and/or European standards (IFMGA and/or UIMLA) for local guides and staff.
