Domestic soups and spices from vegetable processor Ananas Impex

The global objective of this grant scheme is to support improved access to and competitiveness on the national and international markets for Kosovo's agri-rural goods and services.

Target Group: Company itself, current and future employees, collection centre Agrocelina and 144 farmers Finale beneficiaries: consumer, local tax administration, input suppliers, better environment etc.

PROJECT PURPOSES:

By investing to the facilities and the quality, the company's ultimate aim is to diversify the production by producing new products for local and international market. As such the company aims to produce beef and vegetable soup, tomato sauces, implement the required standards for local and international markets, as well as increase the renewable energy efficient and significant contribution on economical women empowerment.

ACTIVITIES:

-A processing unit in the surface of 1,290sqm and the second building 600sqm constructed for logistics and storages and 200 sqm as admin and financial, green Yard and access roads 5,700 sqm. -Double automatic packaging machine seeds, Mixer, grinder, and sorter for vegetable spices, Automatic Production, and packaging of soups, Seed packaging auto machine, cleaning, sorting, grinding before drying machinery -Installation of solar panels 100KW networking with KEDS – energy efficient processors. Five inverters for direct convert to alternative (AC) circulation -In the upgrading and enrichment of the processing line, increase production and extension of the range of products. -Integration of the ISO 22000 or HACCP food safety management standards and ISO 9000:9001 quality management standards. -The completion of the physical investment in the auxiliary building of the logistics unit in the space of 600 sqm and administration & financial building 200sqm – currently under reconstruction. Re-engineer to recommend solutions to business operational (additional explanations).

RESULTS

-Producing 40 T vegetable, chicken and beef soups and 10 T of tomato sauce; -4 new products reached domestic market; -Producing electricity of 440 KW/daily; -the company is certified with ISO 22000/HACCP ISO 9000-9001.
