SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:

The specific objectives of the Action are to: • Improvement of technical capacities for development of integrated eco-friendly hospitality services for outdoor and cultural tourism though use of ICT; • Development of bed & breakfast and bed & bike service capacities including development of slow-food concept for promotion of culinary tourism; • Increasing human capital through specific skills trainings to improve delivery of services; • Implementation of quality management through certification with ISO 22000 (HACCP) and Cycling friendly standards; • Development of Marketing and Product Promotion.

RESULTS:

The expected results are: • Sites with natural and cultural values protected, expanded and consolidated to improve company performance in the market by improving eco-friendly facilities for future visitors thus contribution to job creation and economic impact; • Site’s heritage values are retained for future generations, and that awareness of this historic place will grow; • Culinary tourism promoted through slow-food concept; • Human capital increased through specific trainings leading to an increased economic value; • Marketability of local products enhanced while company’s revenues increased and 5 new job created; • Company certified with cycling friendly standards, cultural heritage guides and ISO 22000 (HACCP).
