PROJECT PURPOSES:

The purpose of this project is the construction of new three (3) kindergarten in Prishtinë/ Priština, Obiliq/Obilić (Mazgit), and Gjilan/ Gnjilane

ACTIVITIES:

Service Contract: Phase 1: Production of detailed design and works tender documents Phase 2: Works supervision The Consultant performs on behalf of the Contracting Authority as a Supervisor on all site and he provides the coordination between the Works Contractor(s), the Contracting Authority and the Beneficiary. Works Contract: Construction of the Kindergarten located in: 1. Municipality of Prishtinë/ Priština - the building is located in the Dardania neighbourhood on a plot of about 4,355.00 m2 2. Municipality of Obiliq/Obilić - the building is located in the Mazgiti neighbourhood on a plot of about 5,497.00 m2 3. Municipality of Gjilan/ Gnjilane - the building is located in the Arberia neighbourhood on a plot of about 3,264.00 m2
