ACTVITIES:

Activity 1: Construction of District Heating Plant (solar thermal collector field, seasonal storage, absorption heat pump, auxiliary equipment, SCADA&control systems, energy building, grid connection) Activity: Supply & Installation of District Heating Components (Connection line between solar thermal system and district heating system, connection line between solar thermal system and the combined heat and power system at Kosovo B power plant, extension of the district heating network) Activity 3: Implementation Consultant Activity 4: Communication and Visibility

RESULTS:

• Heating capacity from renewable sources and solar thermal storage: 50 MW • Additional buildings connected to the district heating network: approx. 8.600 new connections • Annual greenhouse gas savings in CO2 equivalent: 47.000t/p.a
