OVERALL OBJECTIVE:

To enhance capacities of the Kosovo administration in the approximation with the EU Acquis

PROJECT PURPOSES:

To harmonise the legislative framework on mutual recognition of professional qualifications with that of the EU Acquis

RESULTS:

Output 1: All relevant legislation (and institutional set-up) harmonised in line with the Law on recognition of professional qualifications and Directive 2005/36/EC, taking into consideration the equal treatment and opportunities of women and men. Output 2: Public and private capacities enhanced at individual, organizational and systemic level to ensure full implementation of the legal framework on recognition of professional qualifications, taking into consideration the equal treatment and opportunities of women and men. Output 3: Awareness raising of the purpose and importance of the mutual recognition of professional qualifications, with a gender perspective in mind.
