OVERALL OBJECTIVE:
The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows: To increase efficiency and productivity of the private sector through increased use of ICT, create proper e-business/e-commerce ecosystem, and improve electronic service delivery for citizens and businesses.
PROJECT PURPOSES:
The specific objectives of this contract are as follows: • To contribute to Kosovo government efforts to digitalise and increase competitiveness and profitability of Kosovo businesses; • To improve performance of businesses by increased ICT usage. In view of achieving its specific objectives, the project will accomplish the following main results: a) Revision and update of documents, development of basic algorithm; b) Digital Identity Service; c) Capacity building at national and local level; d) Awareness raising.
ACTIVITIES:
Throughout the implementation period, the Action will be mainly focused on the following activities: Revision and update of documents, development of basic algorithm; Design and delivery of technical solution for Digital Identity Service; Capacity building at national and local level; Awareness raising.
RESULTS:
The Action has the following outputs/deliverables: Deliverable 1: Inception Report Deliverable 2: Revised Organisation & Methodology Deliverable 3: Updated Technical Specifications Deliverable 4: Basic algorithm Deliverable 5: Successful testing phase accomplished of the designed digital identity service with the participation of the beneficiary users (Implementing Authority) with the presentation of a testing report Deliverable 6: Debugging and supply and the installation of the final version of the digital identity service with the participation and approval of the beneficiary users (Implementing Authority) with the presentation of a final acceptance report Deliverable 7: User manuals covering all forms, sections, windows, buttons, fields, labels, photos texts and so on, according to the production version of the system Deliverable 8: 10 training sessions, 2 days each, for 20 participants/session organised Deliverable 9: Short video clips will be produced and disseminated via social media, TV/YouTube and websites.
